Refreshing

I have yet to use the actual app itself, but I felt as though I could update accordingly later. I just wanted to voice my opinion about something as though I feel has been completely lost. Customer Service. All I have to say is that there was an issue and I contacted Picktek and voila…problem fixed the very next business day! I dont think it gets much better than that. A company that stands behind its product, has integrity is a company I will gladly give a positive review and support!
